At JLW Ministry, all purchases are considered final once a confirmation code has been sent to the email address provided at checkout.
No Refunds
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance once the confirmation code has been issued. All products sold through this ministry are custom-printed materials fulfilled by a third-party vendor (e.g., VistaPrint), and are shipped directly to the customer. Once an order is confirmed and sent to production, it cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
Third-Party Fulfillment
All items are printed and shipped by third-party vendors. JLW Ministry does not control printing quality, shipping speed, or packaging. However, we will make a good-faith effort to assist you in resolving any order issues (such as misprints, damage during shipping, or missing deliveries) by reaching out to the vendor on your behalf.
We do not guarantee any specific resolution or outcome, as final decisions rest with the fulfillment provider.

Refund Policy - the basics
