1. U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, JLW Ministry only accepts and fulfills orders placed within the United States. We do not ship internationally.

2. Fulfillment by Third Parties

All products sold through JLW Ministry are fulfilled and shipped by third-party providers such as VistaPrint and others. JLW Ministry does not manage or control the choice of shipping carrier, shipping speed, or delivery method. Once your order is received, it is forwarded to the third-party vendor for processing and shipment.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and forwarded to our fulfillment partners within 1–3 business days. Shipping and delivery timeframes are solely dependent on the third-party vendor.

4. Shipping Costs & Pricing

All prices listed on JLWMinistry.org are final and inclusive of:

Shipping (if applicable)
Sales tax (if applicable)
Payment processing fees

Any amount remaining beyond the cost of the order will be considered a donation to JLW Ministry and used strictly for ministry purposes.

5. Tracking & Confirmation

Customers will receive all order confirmations and tracking details directly from the third-party fulfillment provider as they are made available. These may be sent via email or through your selected communication method at checkout.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

JLW Ministry is not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once the order has been passed to the third-party provider. However, we are happy to assist in reaching out to the provider to help resolve any issues.

Please note: resolution is not guaranteed and is at the discretion of the third-party vendor.

7. No Refunds or Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns. Exceptions will only be made if required by law.

8. Digital Products

As of now, JLW Ministry does not offer digital products. This may change in the future, and if so, digital delivery terms will be updated in this policy accordingly.
